1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using WormGPT, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our privacy practices. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use cybersecurity tools in your jurisdiction. You represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you are creating an account for lawful purposes only.

3. Authorized Use Only

WormGPT is intended exclusively for security research, red-team engagements, bug bounty programs, CTFs, academic study, and audits performed on systems you own or for which you hold explicit, written authorization to test.

You must not use WormGPT to:

• Access, attack, or interfere with systems you do not own or lack permission to test.
• Distribute malware, ransomware, or wrappers designed to cause harm.
• Commit fraud, identity theft, phishing, extortion, or any other criminal act.
• Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Harass, dox, or harm any person or organization.

4. User Responsibility & Assumption of Risk

You are solely responsible for everything you do on this platform. This includes the prompts you submit, the targets you engage, the code and content generated, and how you apply, share, or deploy any output. You expressly assume all risk of use.

WormGPT does not verify authorization for any target. It is your responsibility to obtain and retain proof of authorization before performing any test or action against a system.

5. No Warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsafe. Always verify findings independently.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WormGPT, its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including loss of data, profits, reputation, legal fees, or criminal exposure — arising out of or related to your use or misuse of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WormGPT and its affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

8. Accounts, Credits & Payments

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. Credit purchases and subscriptions are processed via third-party payment providers. Credits are non-transferable and, except where required by law, non-refundable once consumed.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we suspect misuse, illegal activity, or a breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

10. Content & IP

You retain rights to prompts you submit. You grant WormGPT a limited license to process them to operate the service. You are responsible for ensuring your inputs and use of outputs do not infringe any third-party rights.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the operator's jurisdiction. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
